Shipping policy

  • All orders ship out same day or next business day. 
  • All online orders are shipped via USPS. We do not offer any other shipping services. We do not accept P.O. Boxes as an address.
  • We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. That responsibility is on the shipping carrier and the customer.
  • Once the package is shipped out, tracking numbers will be sent out via email. It is the customer's responsibility to be at the delivery location on the day it is supposed to be delivered
  • Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are all based on the weight and size of the package along with the distance from Nashville, TN to your preferred shipping destination. These are also the estimated times for shipping delivery dates.
